If you are interested in a pet quality female, are you willing to wait to spay her until she has had her first heat AND is at least one year old? If you are interested in a male, are you willing to wait until the growth plates have closed before you neuter him (this is between 18 months old and 2 years old depending on the dog)? The reasons for both of these are in the best interest of the health for your dog. If you would like to know more behind the reasons for these, please let me know. :

Have you researched the diseases that can affect Swissies such as: bloat, splenic torsion, hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, patellar luxation, epilepsy, urinary incontinence, bleeding disorders, etc.? While these are often treatable/manageable, they can be difficult or trying conditions to live with, as well expensive, are you aware of this? Are you willing to care for your Swissy if this occurs?:

Do you plan to purchase pet insurance which can cost $60-$120 per month? If you plan to purchase insurance, it should be done at 8 weeks of age if all possible. (I highly recommend this and can recommend some companies for you):

When would you like to purchase your puppy?:
