SeaDog Terriers Puppy Application

Welcome to SeaDog Jack Russell Terriers. A little about my program for healthy happy puppies. All dogs live in my home. They are tested yearly for cataracts and any new genetic markers that come available, for a healthy litter of puppies. Puppies leave here at 8-9 weeks of age. They will receive 1st vaccines, microchip, hearing test, signed Health Certificate from my vet, deworming and lots of TLC. At 5 weeks of age I invite families to come and visit us. A $100.00 deposit is required to be on the list, total cost of puppy is $2200.00. We look forward to hearing back from you and joining our JRT family..Best, Denise DeCosta
