This Spot Deposit Form is required to get you on our Spot Deposit list. Please fill out and submit this form. Once the form has been submitted, please contact us to make your Spot Deposit. We accept Applepay, Venmo, Cashapp, and can send an invoice if needed to use a Debit/Credit card. I/We understand that a Spot Deposit does not mean that I get "Pick of the Litter". The meaning of a Spot Deposit is I get to have first look of the puppies available before they are released to the public.:

I/We understand that an in-person pick of the puppy is not the process. A picture and/or a video will be sent and I will have the opportunity to either agree on or pass on the puppy.:

I/We understand that I will be contacted based on the breed/color/size/gender that I chose on this form based on the date I paid my deposit.:

I/We understand that if I pass on a puppy, I do not lose my place in line. If needed, my deposit can be transferred to another puppy(depending on availability) or upcoming litter.:
